The apartment is located in the famous Gràcia neighborhood in Barcelona city. Surrounded by all kinds of shops and public transport, it is a cozy and quiet apartment with 90 m², 2 full bathrooms (one used by the owner and the other only for the student renting the room), internet connection, air conditioning, central heating, a large dining and living room with TV, and a balcony with views. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished. The kitchen includes all kinds of appliances.

To reach the university, the fastest option is to take the bus right in front of the apartment, which will take you to the Gràcia train station. From there, the Catalan Railways (FGC) will take you directly to our Bellaterra Campus in approximately 35 minutes. Inside the campus, there are two stations: “Bellaterra” and “Universitat Autònoma.” Depending on the location of your faculty, you will get off at one station or the other. The total travel time from the apartment to “Universitat Autònoma” station is about 45 minutes.

The Gràcia district is one of the ten administrative districts of Barcelona. Culture and creativity can be found around every corner: shops, small boutiques, studios, cultural centers, pedestrian streets, and plazas. The Gràcia neighborhood is full of art, culture, and life, and celebrates its “Festa Major” every August, a must for all locals. There are plenty of terraces to choose from, perfect for enjoying the atmosphere and fresh air.

The owner, Maria Luisa, is a communicative and independent 60-year-old woman, experienced in hosting international master’s, postgraduate, and PhD students.
