Hi! We are a family of five. Oriol is an architect, Olga is a teacher, and Martina, Carlota, and Marc are our children. We love both the mountains and the sea, music, sports (especially basketball and yoga), and discovering new places and cultures. In the upcoming 2025-26 school year, our eldest daughter will study in Ireland, so we think this is a great opportunity to open our home to an international student. We would be happy to welcome you to our home.
We live in an apartment in a building from 2009, with a contemporary and very functional design. The apartment is cozy and practical, very bright, and also offers fantastic views of Tibidabo and the Collserola Natural Park (just 15 minutes by train). It has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen with everything needed (including dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer), and a bright living room that opens onto a south-facing terrace where you can even eat and sunbathe during winter. We have high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a landline phone, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature in summer. There’s also a piano, a Spanish guitar, and a comfortable hammock in the dining area. The room we offer is large, bright, very quiet, and has a private bathroom.
The hole apartment will be refurnished this summer.It is located in a residential area just 2 minutes by train or 10 minutes on foot from the center of Sant Cugat. Our neighborhood has all the services you need: right below our house, you’ll find a library, supermarket, market, bakery, organic store, hairdresser, bazaar, pharmacy, gym, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, right in front of our house is the train station, with connections to Barcelona or the UAB university in 20 minutes (monthly unlimited train pass costs 14 euros). Peaceful surroundings, all services within reach, and great transportation connections.
