Single room for student in a 100 m2 flat to share with the owner and a PhD student of our university (Uab).
The room available belongs to her daughter who will be studying from March till September 2025. She has a degree in audiovisual communication. Her son is a doctor and lives in Girona. He is now studying a residency in Neurology. She receives visits from her son and family in occasion.
They are a close, calm, friendly and hospitable family.
The flat has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, heating, electric radiators, television, wifi, fully furnished and equipped. The flat is surrounded by all kinds of shops.
Hobbies owner: walking, exhibitions, reading and travelling. She is responsible, attentive and positive.
Hobbies daughter: nature, music. She is sociable and with an open and cheerful character.
The flat is located in a central and very well communicated area, perfect for students. You will share the common areas with the owner and the student.
Yirong is 26 years old and she is studying a PhD in Terrestrial Ecology. The bathroom is shared with the student.
Transport
To access the Bellaterra Campus: You have to take the metro at ‘Sagrada Familia’ station, line 5, blue line. It is a 5-minute walk from the flat. Stop at Provenza/Diagonal station (journey time: 10 minutes) from where you can take the Catalan railways to the university, you will take 35 minutes aproximately.
Within our campus we have two stations called ‘Universitat Autonoma’ and ‘Bellaterra’ depending on where your faculty is, you will get off at one station or the other. The frequency of the Catalan railways is very fast. Most students use this means of transport to come to our campus from Barcelona city or from the towns located around the campus.
