I offer large room with double bed and dressing room. It is a four winds house of 230 m2 with garden and terrace located next to the Bellaterra Campus. The house has 4 bedrooms, two large and two single. All the rooms are exterior and have large windows. They are spacious and with a lot of light. The room with this code has a large dressing room with several wardrobes, overlooking the garden. The house is shared with three students. It has 1 large and complete bathroom on the first floor where the 4 bedrooms are and a courtesy bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. The house has a dining room with large table and chairs, living room with TV and large comfortable sofa, internet, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fans. It is well and fully furnished and equipped. The bus stop is 350 metres walking distance from the house. The bus will take you in 10 minutes to the campus. Depending on where your faculty is, it will take you 5 minutes more or less. If you are looking for accommodation very close to the campus this is a very good option. If you usually get around by bike, you will be able to do it in no time. It all depends on the faculty where you will be studying. The furthest one from the house is about 4 kms away.
