I offer a large double room. It is a brand new flat. The owners did a complete renovation during this year.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, one double with private bathroom for one or two people and two singles with a bathroom to share between two people. Heating, air conditioning, fans, television with Smart TV, internet, two lifts. The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.
It is surrounded by all kinds of shops. Specifically 8 minutes walk from the Catalan Railways (FGC, is the direct train that goes to the Uab to our campus), it has a fast frequency of every 10 minutes. It is the means of transport most used by students. You have to take the FGC at “Creu Alta” station and get off at “Universitat Autonoma”. The journey takes about 10 minutes.
Study environment. This flat is aimed at students who come to concentrate. Master, postgraduate and doctorate students, professors. Parties are not allowed.
