The apartment is 80 m², spacious and very bright, located on a high floor with good ventilation and nice views. It has three large individual rooms, one bathroom, air conditioning, wired internet in all rooms + WiFi, a dining room with a large table and six chairs, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, elevator, and balcony/terrace. The apartment is tastefully decorated and is shared with two Erasmus students.

The apartment is located in Urbanización Sant Elvira, 18 (Montcada i Reixac), in a quiet residential area. Just 3–4 minutes walking you will find a small commercial area with a Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, bakery/café, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, and small local shops.

Getting to the UAB Bellaterra Campus

From the apartment, you can reach Renfe Torre del Baró station (R4 line) by walking about 18 minutes (approximately 1 km).

Alternatively, you can take the L11 metro: the nearest station to the apartment is Can Cuiàs (9 minutes walking). Take the metro to Torre Baró / Vallbona (2 stops, 4 minutes). This station is just 1 minute walking from Renfe Torre del Baró, where you can take the R4 commuter train toward Manresa or Terrassa and get off at Cerdanyola del Vallès, which is located inside the Bellaterra Campus. The train ride takes about 12 minutes.

Once at Cerdanyola del Vallès station, you can walk to your faculty. Alternatively, depending on your faculty location, you can take the L1 or L2 internal campus buses, which are free and run throughout the campus.

The total estimated travel time from the apartment to the campus is about 35–45 minutes, depending on waiting times between connections.

This apartment is intended for responsible students coming for a Master’s, PhD, Postgraduate program, or Erasmus. Currently, it is shared with two Erasmus students from UAB.
