Description
Single room for student in a 100 m2 flat to share with the owner and another student from our university, UAB.
Mari Carmen is a women of 50 years old and lives in Barcelona, just two streets from the famous Sagrada Familia. She has dedicated most of her professional career to education, especially in early childhood education. She currently works in a school during lunchtime hours, taking care of 2-year-old children. In the afternoons, she gives support classes to children with learning difficulties, mainly ADHD, helping them improve their attention, organization, and confidence in their studies. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, especially in the sea, and she loves the beaches of the Maresme coast. She also enjoys reading, traveling, going to the cinema, visiting exhibitions, and spending time with friends and family. She has two children: a 29-year-old son who is currently doing his medical residency in neurology at Hospital de Sant Pau and who lives in another neighborhood in Barcelona. Her daughter is 27 years old. She has recently become independent and now lives with some friends in Barcelona. She works in audiovisual editing. Both of them visit her from time to time, It is a very central area, full of services and with excellent transport connections, as there are two metro lines that allow quick access to all parts of Barcelona. The flat is spacious with a large kitchen ideal for preparing homemade meals and sharing pleasant conversations with her and with the other student, who is from Tarragona.
The flat has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, heating, electric radiators, television, wifi, fully furnished and equipped. The flat is surrounded by all kinds of shops.
Hobbies owner: walking, exhibitions, reading and travelling. She is responsible, attentive and positive.

The flat is located in a central and very well communicated area, perfect for students. You will share the common areas with the owner and the student.
Transport
To access the Bellaterra Campus: Metro Sagrada Familia to Provenza/Diagonal station (10 minutes).
from where you can take the Catalan railroads to the university in 35 minutes.
Inside our campus weu have two stations called “Universitat Autonoma” and “Bellaterra” depending on where your faculty is, you will get off at one station or the other. The frequency of the Catalan railroads is very fast. Most students use this means of transport to come to our campus from Barcelona city or from all the towns around the campus.
